Fort Walton Radiator Auto Air & Repair is the real deal. Reminds me of an old school repair facility that cares more about honest repairs than being showy. They troubleshot the problem and didn't "add" any extra unnecessary repairs like other shops wanted to do. I totally trust them and will definitely be back.

I had an issue with my turbo piping, called these guys and they got me in as a walk in even tho they had others cars to work on because I was in a pinch. The office staff was awesome and knowledgeable and went way above and beyond to help with my repair. Kenny the tech tried to help the best he could with no fault of his own due to aftermarket parts in my truck. They atleast got me back on the rd. I highly highly recommend them. They are knowledgeable friendly and go above and beyond.

Danny and the office ladies were wonderful to work with! They truly saved our Christmas vacation because we live 12 hours away from this area! They got my Lincoln Navigator in to fix and we were able to rent a vehicle from here so we could still do our planned vacation activities! They kept us informed, explained things very well whenever we asked questions, and my Lincoln is running much better now since they serviced the transmission fluid and front differential fluid. Highly recommended them!

I brought in my 2001 Ford F-250 diesel for AC repair. They diagnosed the problem and gave me a quote. The price was reasonable, and they went above and beyond with their customer service. There was some additional issues they notified me of and worked with me on the price. The way they are honest and take care of you like family is amazing! Logan is the best. He was the only mechanic ( already promoted to manager) who explained to me (with pictures taken) what needs to be done . There is no pressure or whatsoever. He explained the priorities to be done and the secondary priorities, in detail. I highly recommend Precision Tune Auto Care Fort Walton Beach for your car repair or maintenance needs. Don’t take it from my words , try it yourself.

Have been going to Ft Walton Radiator Auto Shop for a long time now and they always treated me like a special customer. We have been going to them for most of our car maintenance needs for over 10 years now. With very professional, experienced, and super capable mechanics, they do it all — from inspecting and diagnosing the problems, providing excellent advice, and then fixing up all that ails your car and all for a great price. Dan’s team keeps you informed through it all. They got my car right in and back in a timely manner when I was having an oil leak. I highly recommend them.

These people SAVED me so much trouble and headaches. I tried to find a shop to service my AC unit in my Sprinter limo and NO ONE would touch it. I stopped in one day while passing by and to my surprise they said, "We are confident we can fix it". Sure enough......they DID!! they were not only quick and efficient, but they were so detailed in their report and let me know what they found. I gave them the go ahead to repair it and it was done the next day. I was so happy to find them and give them my business. I highly recommend them to anyone for AC service.

My daughter was in Fort Walton for her bachelorette party. Right after she arrived from Indiana, her car was showing an overheating warning. We called the very next morning and they were able to get her car in and fixed the same day!!! Amazing service all around. Perfect service all around! We had reoccurring issues with our Volvo's radiator the past year and the Volvo dealer could not figure it out. Took it to Danny and team and they quickly identified the problem and gave a fair quote. The work was excellent and the customer service was exceptional throughout the entire process. Recent radiator replacement. Problem was diagnosed parts obtained and work accomplished with consideration of my personal needs. Oil change. Noticed cracks in aged serpentine belt (12 years) suggested replacing, I accepted. Thankful that it did not necessitate another appointment. Due for brake job. I am happy to schedule service in the next week. Appreciate proactive service.

Over the last 15 years, I've taken four different vehicles to Danny and the guys at Ft Walton Radiator for air conditioning service and installation. In Florida, A/C is almost as important as brakes, so finding a good service for A/C is that much more important. These guys are reasonable and very knowledgeable. They have my full confidence.

This is a great shop! Helpful, friendly, communicative and honest. I was having trouble with my air conditioner, and they were able to get it repaired. Now I am ready for summer! Even though they had trouble with an ordered part and it took a little more time that they initially thought, they never left me out of the loop or left me without a transportation option when I needed one. So grateful for Al and Danny and the level of customer service they deliver.

Brought in my Honda CRV because it was overheating. I gave them a call to let them know we were going to have it towed there and the gentleman that picked up the phone (I believe it was Al) was super nice! I got there with the tow truck and walked to the front desk to drop it off and was met by (I believe his name was Danny) who helped me and was also incredibly nice. I can honestly say, these were two of the kindest people I've ever met. Seriously, I walked in to get my car fixed and I felt more assured than ever. I've never been met with customer service that had as much genuine care for the customer as these two men did. They did an awesome job and I've recommended them to people already.

My truck broke down i towed it F.W.B. Auto air & Repair and they figured out it was my PCM had gone bad they found a company that rebuilds them had me fixed for labor day weekend i drove 1400 miles that weekend, no problems with my truck! They also fixed my radiator, water pump last year.I can't say enough, I will be back for something else!

Take or tow it in broke - get it back running like new! Our 1985 Nissan was refusing to run, so I had it towed in to FWAR and they had it back to me the next day purring like a kitten! Turns out it was a bad set of spark plug wires that reached the point where they would rather make sparks than make the car run! Quick diagnosis, repair and turn around! Thanks!!

Both my car and I are old which sometimes causes us to be overlooked but when I called and spoke to Al He found that work they did last May were still in warranty and the bad parts could be replaced at no charge. He also gave me a slot early on the first business day. I left the car on Sunday night and got a all at 9AM Monday that it was ready. Big thumbs up for the courtesy they afforded me and the rapid turn-around. The A/C works even if I don't.
